Problem
Children are more affectionate in foreign fairy tales instead of local folktale. This is because, children are easily exploring foreign fairy tales through various media such as storybook, cartoon, game and augmented reality. Meanwhile, most of the local folktale are published in story book format. However, children prefer to play games or watch cartoons instead of reading storybooks.
Solution
“Tale of Mouse Deer” is an interactive folklore that children can play with various touchpoints to experience Sang Kancil And Harimau folktale. Besides that, children can learn moral value of Sang Kancil And Harimau folktale by finding and solving problems through physical interaction. The interactive folklore will be projected at a primary school wall that will become a playground for children to play, discover and experience local folktale.
